All applicants for any position (paid or volunteer) involving the supervision of minors must complete the Primary Screening Form in the link below. Applicants must also view the Child Protection Policy video. This policy is being used to help the church provide a safe and secure environment for the children/youth who participate in our programs and to protect the volunteers who works with children.
